المهارات المطلوبة
• Participate in Planning of Human Resources to setting Recruitment policies and procedures for developing manpower plans.
• Keeping track of Recruitment needs and documentation process in each stage of employee recruitment & selection.
• Keeping track of manpower request made by the business and document the same.
• Preparation of Saudi human resources Fund requirements.
• Preparation of the new staff member (configuration program)
• Coordination with local employment agencies and international with Job Description of requested position.
• Setting target (Deadlines) to receive, screening, short-listing of profiles from various sources of manpower against each requested position after coordinating with business managers/manpower requester.
• Setting target for initial interviews, technical interviews and final selection of manpower against each requested position after coordinating with business managers/manpower requester.
• Follow-up all foreign candidate and complete their process.
• Coordination vacancy advertisement in locally and internationally, Collect and segregate CV's and forwards it to different departments.• Preparing job offers, Contracts and authorization letters. • Arranging for visas from different Embassies.
• Developing and tracking various recruitment metrics and set-up action plan for improvement.
• Maintaining Resume Database on a regular basis.
• Formulating MIS (Management Information System) of Trend Analysis of Recruitment, Annual Recruitment and monthly/quarterly new hires.
